WW II - Scrap Metal Redux

Remember who purchased tons and tons of scrap metal from the U.S. in the 1930's? It was Japan. The scrap was then used to fuel the Japanese war machine. A primary instigator of the war? The need to secure a reliable source of raw materials such as copper, rubber, and OIL...

The unending flow of U.S. dollars to China is being used how? The Chinese have just signed a 10 year agreement with the Soviets, I mean Russians, to buy OIL at $20 per barrel. How can this be? The Chinese are using $$$ to pre-pay for the OIL.  The Pentagon has just released word that the Chinese are also developing anti-satellite and ship-killer missiles.

Remember WW II? History does regularly repeat itself.
